Strengthen Stretch and Balance Programme

50 minute class focussing on strengthening upper and lower body, using dumbbells. Use tins of food if you don’t have any dumbbells! Plus, balancing exercises and stretches.

1 and 1/4 hour sessions either in person or online, comprising Gentle Breath Meditation, breathing, body awareness/stillness, connective tissue stretches and gentle joint movements
