 Strengthen | Stretch | Balance | Body Awareness/Stillness

Ten  weeks duration 

Strengthen Stretch Balance Programme

 

60 minute class focussing on strengthening upper and lower body, balancing exercises and stretches,  including connective tissue movements and stillness.

Use of hand weights optional.

Session 6 – 6.15pm-7.15pm - 06 September

Session 7 – 6.15pm-7.15pm - 13 September

Session 8 – 6.15pm-7.15pm - 20 September

Session 9 – 6.15pm-7.15pm - 27 September

Session 10 –6.15pm-7.15pm -04 October

AEST – 4.15pm Tuesday

UK – 7.15am Tuesday (note - may change with DST)

EU –8.15am Tuesday (note - may change with DST)

Canada – 3.15am Tuesday

Investment: NZ$150 for ten week programme
