Weights | Strengthen | Stretch | Balance | Body Awareness/Stillness

All Programmes – Six weeks duration 

Weights Programme with optional Stretch and Stillness 

45-60 minute class focussing on strengthening upper and lower body, using dumbbells or other hand weights (45 mins). Use tins of food or full water bottles if you don’t have any dumbbells! Option to stay for stretches and stillness (15 mins).

Strengthen Stretch Balance Programme

 

60 minute class focussing on strengthening upper and lower body, balancing exercises and stretches,  including connective tissue movements and stillness.

Use of hand weights optional.

Strengthen Stretch Balance Stillness Wellbeing Programme

 

75 minute class including strengthening and balancing exercises, stretches,  connective tissue movements, Gentle Breath Meditation and body awareness.
