Stretch|Strengthen|Balance|Stillness

Five weeks|45 or 60 mins|NZ$85
45 or 60 minute class focussing on strengthening upper and lower body, balancing exercises, and stretches, with a particular focus in this programme on hip stretches, strengthening around the hips and knees, and neck and shoulder stretches (45 minutes) and stillness (deep relaxation) (15 minutes - optional).
Use of hand weights, bands/straps is optional. A chair is essential.
