Strengthen|Stretch|Lower Back Focus

Six weeks|45 mins|NZ$85

​

45-minute strengthening and stretching class  for the whole body with special focus on lower back strength and flexibility.

 

Use of hand weights, bands/straps is optional. A chair is essential.


Available live or via a recording. 

Recording for each class is  available for two weeks. 

Watch/listen to recording as many times as you wish.
