Strengthen Stretch and Balance Programme

50 minute class focussing on strengthening upper and lower body, using dumbbells (optional). Use tins of food if you don’t have any dumbbells! Plus, balancing exercises and stretches, including connective tissue stretches.

Session 5 - 8.00am – 8.50am - Thursday 


​AEDT – 6.00am Thursday (Qld 5.00am, WA 3.00am)

UK – 8.00pm Wednesday for first 3 sessions, 7pm last two sessions

EU – 9.00pm Wednesday for first 3 sessions, 8pm last two sessions

USA/Canada – 3pm Wednesday

Investment: NZ$ for five/six week programme
Unlimited access to recording for a week
