Strengthen Stretch Balance and Body Awareness Programme

60 minute class focussing on strengthening upper and lower body, using dumbbells (optional). Use tins of food if you don’t have any dumbbells! Plus, balancing exercises and stretches,  connective tissue movements, Gentle Breath Meditation and body awareness.

Session 5 - 6.00pm – 7.00pm - Wednesday 31 March

UK – 5.00am Wednesday for first 4 sessions, 6.00am last session

EU – 6.00am Wednesday for first 4 sessions, 7.00am last session

USA/Canada – 1am Wednesday
