Online Programmes for June


Strengthen Stretch and Balance Programme

45 minute class focussing on strengthening upper and lower body, using dumbbells. Use tins of food if you don’t have any dumbbells! Plus, balancing exercises and stretches.


Exercise and Wellbeing Programme

60 minute class including strengthening, stretching and balance exercises, plus body awareness, connective tissue stretches and gentle breath meditation.
