Connective Tissue Stretches/Movements
I love connective tissues stretches and movements. I do these every day and have found them to be invaluable to bring ease of movement and to reduce tension in my body. I often do them in bed when I wake up or just before going to sleep. I find they re-connect me to my body at the end of the day and this supports my sleep, especially if I have had a really full-on day. They help me to unwind from the day. In the morning they support me to wake and be alert and ready for the day.

I was introduced to these stretches and movements by Kate Greenaway, a physiotherapist and connective tissue therapist in Goonellabah, Australia.
