Body awareness   15 minutes

Stretch, Strength, Balance (weights optional)

                                         56 minutes.

 

Unlimited access to all five classes for over 8 weeks, from (future dates to be a advised)

Cost: NZ$60.

If you want to combine the shorter classes into one longer class, I suggest the following order:

De-stress, weights, stretch, body awareness.
