Presentations/discussions to support with prevention and management of stress, including: communication techniques/expression, conflict resolution, dealing with emotions/negative thoughts/reactions, time management, meditation, gentle breath and relaxation. Individual, group, corporate and school sessions available.



Individual sessions:

  • Initial session 1 and 1/2 half hours -Investment $130

  • Follow-up sessions 1 hour -Investment $100

  • Six sessions booked in advance: $500 (Total Value $600)

Corporate and Group sessions:

  • Session lengths tailored to group's needs
